Pre-Installation Wiring
To ensure your NBN connection is installed at your preferred location within your home, additional wiring may be required if the desired location is more than 12 meters from the external box, in accordance with NBN installation regulations. To avoid the need for relocation after installation, please contact us for pre-wiring arrangements.
Connection Relocation
If you are dissatisfied with the current location of your internal NBN connection, we can relocate it to another room or location of your preference.
Router Setup + Troubleshooting
If you are experiencing issues with your router setup or connection, we can assist you to ensure everything is up and running promptly.
Additional Wifi Access Points & Ethernet Connections
If you would like to improve the WiFi signal within your home, we can install additional WiFi access points as well as Ethernet ports for a direct internet connection.
